Sevilla a 24 de octubre de 2011
La Asamblea de la Plataforma Cívica Tres Barrios-Amate desea manifestar a la opinión pública sevillana y especialmente a sus convecinos las decisiones adoptadas en su última reunión celebrada el pasado 18 de octubre:
Realizamos un detallado análisis, fruto de un amplio debate, sobre la situación en que se encuentra la aplicació
n del Plan Integral Comunitario de la zona. Se recordó que hace más de medio año la Asamblea convocó a los vecinos a una manifestación con objeto de acelerar la aplicación del Plan ante la urgencia de abordar necesidades tan perentorias como rehabilitación de viviendas, construcción de la UTS y de un Centro Cívico, la mejora de las condiciones de convivencia y seguridad que se encuentran en notable deterioro, la ayuda a los más necesitados de salud, educación y cultura y, especialmente, a quienes carecen desde hace años del trabajo imprescindible para el sustento y la vida familiar digna. Para poder hacer frente a tan inmediatas necesidades consideramos imprescindible la puesta en práctica de las siguientes reivindicaciones:
1. Aprobación del Plan Integral por el Consejo de Gobierno de la Junta de Andalucía.
2. Reconstitución y funcionamiento inmediato y eficaz del Equipo de Gestión.
3. Programación anual y evaluación regular de las actuaciones previstas en el Plan por parte de la Comisión Mixta.
En el mes de mayo un grupo de vecinos nos concentramos ante la Delegación sevillana del Gobierno andaluz con objeto de hacer llegar a la Sra. Delegada la urgencia de tales reivindicaciones. Doña Carmen Tovar adoptó ante nuestros representantes el compromiso de trasladar al Consejo de Gobierno de la Junta de Andalucía estas peticiones y de celebrar una reunión con el Alcalde que naciese de las inmediatas elecciones locales para impulsar la colaboración de Ayuntamiento y Junta de Andalucía en favor del desarrollo del Plan Integral.
A día de hoy, cuando las necesidades son aún más perentorias debido a los sucesivos recortes presupuestarios de las instituciones en Tres Barrios-Amate, desconocemos la información del Sr. Griñán y sus Consejeros sobre nuestro Plan y la Sra. Delegada del Gobierno andaluz en Sevilla no ha encontrado en medio año el momento para reunirse con el Alcalde.
La Asamblea ha decidido mantener con contundente firmeza tres reivindicaciones expresadas y, en caso de persistir esta lamentable desidia de las administraciones ante nuestros problemas, iniciar de nuevo las movilizaciones que consideremos adecuadas para el desarrollo del Plan, instrumento necesario para la transformación de unos barrios donde la pobreza y la marginación aumentan cada vez más la brecha que los separa del conjunto de nuestra ciudad.
